What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, mobile number (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
When you visit the site: our hosting provider and website firewall record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This keeps the site secure and working.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and pass it to the right school or company in the group, and to keep the website secure — including preventing spam and abuse.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
Only with the school or company in Alferas Group that can answer your enquiry, and with the service providers that host this website and our email, under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless they lead to an ongoing relationship — for example a school application — that needs them for longer. Security logs are kept for a short period only.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@alferas.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Children
Our enquiry form is meant for parents, guardians and other adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and protected by a website firewall. Enquiries are stored on secured servers with restricted access.
