Formed in 2012, Ideal Union Contracting Ltd is a privately-owned company, a sector of Al Feras Educational Company Ltd. It was established according to unique standards and deep experience inspired by its vision.

New Campus for Jeddah International School

A large school project (29,000 m²) built with a post-tension structure. It includes a basement, ground floor, and 3 additional floors. Features classrooms, labs, offices, 4 playgrounds, a swimming pool, and an auditorium. High-specification concrete work and finishing are included. The project cost is approximately 100 million SAR.

Residential Villa

A residential villa with total floor area of 2,800 m² . It includes a basement, ground 2 floor. Built with high specification of concrete work and finishing work. The project cost is approximately 6 million SAR.

Safety officers have regular training sessions with our workers. Training our workers regularly helped us build a safety culture that has improved our workforce and kept safety always in our workers' minds.

Conducting Daily Site Inspections and Safety Meetings

Worksites are inspected daily before, during, and after each workday to address any safety concerns and make sure that all safety and health standards are met daily. Weekly meetings are held on site to address all safety-related issues, find solutions, and prepare a safe and healthy work environment.
